The house is same as described and in the meantime we are trying to make it even better!
There is a maximum room for 6 persons, children from 2 years old we count as persons. Additional persons to be considered after discussion.
Reservation:
The reservation is a contract between tenant and the house owners (us). Special wishes and requirements are possible if confirmed by mail. In case you require the special conditions, we are open to discuss.
We will also need the ID copies of every person staying in the house (mandatory by landlord-tenant law).
Way of payment:
We require our guests to pay 25% of total amount on the date of booking confirmation . Otherwise we can’t promise to save your booking.
75% is required to be paid fully till 6 weeks before arrival.
If you want to book our house sooner than 6 weeks before actual arrival, you are welcome to contact us for details.
Cancelation:
The cancelation till 6 weeks before arrival is free of charge: we will refund your payment fully.
6 – 4 weeks before arrival: 25% charge
4 – 2 weeks before arrival: 50% charge
2 weeks to 2 days before arrival: 75% charge
1 day before arrival or in case of no show – full amount (100%) will be charged.
We are not responsible for any extraordinary circumstances of yours, including diseases, weather conditions or delays. But you can always contact us for questions or discussion of your stay. We are willing to help you planning and organizing your stay in Vila Oleandre.

Following expences are included in price:

Not included:
- In case you want the heating system on, we will ask 50€ per week
- The tourist tax is charged per person, per night is 0,50€ (the tax is charged only for the first seven nights of your stay; people aged 16 and younger are not charged tourist tax).
Deposit
The deposit of 200€ in cash is required on arrival. We ask our guests to pay the deposit to a key holder, who will also help you to check in and check out, will be around in case you need nelp during the stay. You get your deposit back after
the house will be checked .
In cause off serious dammage our keyholders will report this and we are alouwed to send you the bill
Check-in time : 16:00 hour
Check-out time: 10:00 hour
Pets
No pets are allowed .
Smoking:
Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. If you are smoking outside, you have to clean – cigarettes thrown on the ground are not acceptable.
Appliances
You can use the washing machine and dryer when needed. We’d like to ask you not to use the dryer too often, you can also use the laundry dryer outside the house in the garden.
You can use the soap and detergent to wash your cloths. Please, refill.
Guests:
Guests of yours are welcome without overnight stay. They can use the swimming pool with the confirmation of the tenant.
Liability:
The owners of the house are not responsible of any loss, theft, trauma, weather conditions, transport delays, etc.
Leaving the house:
When you are leaving the house, please, make sure that the dishwasher and garbage bags are empty, empty bottles are removed, and food in the refrigerator has been gone. If there is food or other usable things with a long shelf life, you can leave them in the house. Please, refill used product like toilet paper, washing stuff, etc.
